Never ones to give preferential treatment, here’s a look at Twitter‘s new offices in the SoMa district of San Francisco. We will however, undoubtedly compare these new digs with the other social media powerhouse’s new offices (that would be Facebook to the uninitiated), which we showed you a few months back. The differences are evident, probably explained that the decor was mainly put together by founder Ev Williams and his wife Sara. Whereas Facebook’s Headquarters were impeccably designed, Twitter’s are more modest: a nice open space, but nothing overly decadent. The space is leased from Bebo/AOL (another social networking site), but was upgraded for a minimalist, modern, and simple look – much like the site itself.
