Famous for decking out the rich and famous in some of the greatest looking apparel on the slopes, Moncler is at again this year with their Gamme Bleue collection for Fall/Winter 2010. The brand has been been teaming up with American designer Thom Browne for the past few seasons, and while the previous collections weren’t exactly right for hitting the black diamond runs, this particular jacket is more accessible to everyone. The original vision founders Andre Vincet and Rene Ramillon had for the brand is put forth in this retro-inspired design – a lightweight, easy to wear winter coat that doesn’t compromise on style. The red, white and blue stripe is featured proudly on the chest and is fitted with vintage-style snaps on a ribbed down outer, with a detachable zip-up hood. Available now at colette.
