Junya Watanabe for Comme des Garcons, having already partnered with British-based brands Barracuta and Brooks Brothers has partnered up again with premier master shoemaker, Tricker’s, for these rugged-oxford hybrids along with a matching boot for Fall/Winter 2009. Tricker’s is renowned for using only the best available materials, including calf upper leather and oak bark tanned soles to produce both hand-made and bench-made shoes by dedicated craftsmen. They’ve also been stepping up their collaboration game with other top Japanese brands such as Uno Caol Showten, Sophnet, and Uniform Experiment. Even though these are built to withstand the elements and feature an aggressive sole, chances are you won’t take these suede beasts off road for hunting. See the matching boots after the jump.
