Remember the Make the Girl Dance video from back in March? How can we forget, we loved seeing the sights of Paris from the streets (right). Well, the geniuses behind the marketing of the upcoming Guitar Hero 5 game have gone all out, creating a spoof video of some rather fine looking ladies in the streets of Hollywood. It had everyone abuzz yesterday, and I’ll let you watch for yourself to see why.
It’s always fun to see companies taking a chance with different types of marketing efforts; spoof-videos, facebook pages, and our favorite: blogger outreach programs (I had to add that one). The important thing for them to realize is that they need to keep us entertained if they want to keep our attention. We don’t think of a better way to reach of bunch on 30-somethings, living in their parent’s basements than buy throwing up a video of some hot girls walking the streets in their birthday suits (sorry ladies).
