New York City’s West Chelsea is where you can find the luxury condo at 200 Eleventh Avenue is located and other than the double-high ceilings and river views, is the “En-Suite Sky Garage” that will feed the 15-space garage. Its the first of it’s kind in NYC and will recognize each resident’s cars as it approaches the building then lift the car with driver in tow to a private, 300 square foot parking spot in in the sky adjacent to the resident’s apartment.
