An L. McComber loft in my hometown of Montreal is getting some hype, mainly from Kanye. Seeing as I represent the 514, I had to get my props in there too! Typical of Montreal flats in highly desirable locations, space is a major issue. To resolve this, they’ve designed a suspended bed on a curved Douglas fur platform. The rest of the 700 sq ft loft on the Lachine Canal (Lachine translates to “The China” in English) is decked out in some beautiful restored hardwood floors, and white painted brick to give the space an airy, modern feel. Places like this make the winters bearable.
