Looking like the most basic of BMX’s, the Cannondale Hooligan 1 is the perfect bike for inner city riding because of its solid and simple design. It can handle stairs, dirt, concrete and is small enough not to be too cumbersome when riding the train. Officially, not nearly as nerdy or as likely to repel the women as the fold up bike, but you still might look like the douche of a grown man who stole a child’s mountain bike.
