Enjoy this video of a German talk-show from the 70s, showing you the latest soccer (football for Salim) fashions in a way only those crazy Germans can…
Makes you think of how scary the world would have been if the Allies had lost the war.

UPDATED!
Here’s our choice picks for this seasons gadgets and gifts. We’ve all picked a few items each, and played with most of them, lets hope you get hooked up with one or two of them over the holiday season. We’ll keep updating this list in the coming days…

A marque of refinement and quality, when it comes to making any form of transportation, we have come to hold high expectations of Porsche, so why should a sled be any different?
Made from an aluminium frame, stainless steel runners and sporting the Porsche logo, this simple, yet very stylish sled from the German motoring giants may not have quite the same aura or prestige as their Carrera GT model, but it’ll certainly make us feel a little less silly for frollicking in the snow on Chrismas day… now we (London) just need some snow.

(I’m usually not up to date on interviews with artists on their newly released albums so you’ll have to forgive me for the lateness of this post)
How many times have you seen different interviews with the same artist and the questions are all the same generic, PR filtered, softballs? “What was your inspiration?” “Did you write this all yourself?” “What was it like working with Timbo?” “Your video features a private jet, Bentley, and Piaget, that’s very original for a hip-hop video, whose concept was that?”
It’s rare that you get an interviewer that asks questions, you actually want to know the answers to. Chelsea Lately does this to T.I. She does it in a way that’s inquisitive, funny and slightly scorching.
BEST LINE: “You keep licking your lips and I know what that means”.
ENJOY.

Feel like some DoubleMint Gum? Take a look at the boots above, a collaboration between Redwing and Nom de Guerre resulting in a ‘new’ version of the classic 875 boots with a light grey upper and white sole. Now take a look at the previously released David Z exclusive, ASHY GREY Redwing below. What’s the difference?

For one, the price. The one up top, is $35 more, why? The Nom de Guerre logo, embossed on the side! Really NDG? Really Redwing? That’s all? This is what we’re getting? This collaboration seems like a relatively half-assed NIKE + APC sort of effort. We were expecting something…well, different. The Nom de Guerre versions won’t be released till December 26th at the NDG NYC flagship store, but if you don’t want to wait, get virtually THE EXACT SAME PAIR NOW at David Z and use that extra $35 to cop a MAIN at WD-50.

We learned last year in our time up in Canada that Canadian winter’s on the East coast, are NO JOKE. While some of the LH boys went the North Face parka route, I went with the Canada Goose Chilliwack model. Incredibly warm, and stylish, but not so stylish it’s trendy and you’ll want to ditch it next year. I have this horrible habit of buying a new, overly priced winter jacket every year (probably shouldn’t have bought that electric blue Moncler). Unfortunately, because Canada Goose jackets are so great, everybody has them, making you blend into the crowd worse than a GAP outfit at a Dave Mathew’s concert.

The guys over at NiceKicks recently posted an interview with Eddie Cruz, co-owner of Undefeated. The interview is available here.

You maybe saw this video before for Uniqlo, but now the Amsterdam based hip-hop/electro group Kubus & Bangbang have remixed it to their track “Float”. By the way, these poppers are named U-Min and definitely worth a Google.

Still one of our favorite Nike models, straight out of ’91, available now at proper.
