Designer Matteo Gentile’s “Skate” could very well be what kids will be riding to school in the future. Matteo added an electric motor to a stripped down hybrid of a skateboard with snowboard bindings, creating something almost as cool as Marty McFly’s hoverboard in Back to the Future. It was created for regular transport and short commutes, but I think we can all agree that the next Shaun White will end up doing a lot more with it.
