Who is Chester French? They might be hip-hop’s favorite group of white guys that aren’t Coldplay or Hootie and the Blowfish. Signed to The Neptunes Star Trak label (did I mention they’re rockers not rappers?) after turning down an offer from Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. music label, members Maxwell Drummey and D.A. Wallach went the Rivers Cuomo of Weezer route, by bringing their Harvard educated backgrounds to music. The SHE LOVES EVERYBODY E.P. was just released and features 3 different remixes of the single, including a Neptunes remix and DJ Steve Aoki remix along with another single, THE JIMMY CHOOS. Great lyrics, great beats, amazing remixes. It’s a nice change of pace if you need a break from the 808s.
